I’m not a fan of resolutions.
They can feel forced. Fleeting. Like something you should do, rather than something you truly want.
But I do believe in the quiet power of a reset—especially the kind that doesn’t wait for a new year, a Monday, or a milestone. A reset can happen any time you feel something’s out of sync. And for me, the most powerful way to do that is by coming back to your values.
Not just the big, glossy words you think you should care about—but the ones that actually shape how you live, work, relate, and rest.
This isn’t just a feel-good exercise.
Of all the work I’ve done (both personally and with clients), getting clear on your values—and noticing how your daily behaviours align (or don’t)—is often the real game changer.
It’s how you begin to shift things for real.
Because when you know what truly matters to you—and you begin making choices that support those values—life doesn’t just feel better.
It works better.
You stop running on autopilot. You start feeling more like yourself again.
More present. More honest. More steady.
And that’s not a resolution.
That’s a return.
