What you can expect
Restorative yoga is a type of yoga that involves holding gentle poses for an extended period of time, typically ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. The purpose of restorative yoga is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and allow the body to rest and heal.
Our session will follow these guidelines:

- The practice will be done with covered eyes.
- The practice basis is quiet.
- The body will be comfortably warm.
*There is no need for any prior yoga experience. All you need to wear is something you feel comfortable in.
