Hi, I'm Melanie, founder of The Rest Method. My journey to understanding the true power of rest began when I found myself deeply immersed in a fast paced corporate world. After experiencing my own burnout, I realised how crucial genuine rest is, not just as an occasional luxury, but as a daily necessity.
With over 20 years in Human Resources, working internationally in high-pressure environments. I deeply understand the stress and exhaustion faced by busy professionals today. I created The Rest Method to offer practical, down-to-earth strategies that help people reclaim rest, reconnect with themselves, and live more balanced, fulfilling lives.
When I'm not working one-on-one with clients or hosting retreats, you'll find me exploring nature, practicing gentle yoga, and hanging out with friends and family. I'm here to support you every step of the way, offering real world solutions that fit effortlessly into your everyday life.
